We work with clients in developing strategic and tactical business plans. Our approach is different than a purely academic approach where a group meets, spends time on and off site and develops wonderful plans that sit in a binder (or electronic folder) on a bookshelf in the corner.
Before working with a client we do a thorough review of the organization’s culture and look for patterns and behaviors to describe how an organization actually works. This assessment phase serves as the underpinning for our efforts to create a dialog and forum to truly understand an organization’s key competencies. When working with management teams we look to unlock the potential, bring new ideas to the table and test and challenge organizational and individual assumptions. The result are actionable plans that truly represent the company today and in the future. We then link the key elements of the plans to one another as well as to other supporting systems within the organization.
